1. How you clean the heads, auto cleaning or in manual?

This is a head auto cleaning system which is easy to operate.

2.  Is there a heater inside printer body?

No, our machine can't do it. The industry printing machine speed is high, inside heater can't dry the fabric and high temperature will influence heads.

3. Can we adjust the heater speed?

Yes, there is a button which can adjust the heater running speed. And our heater is inline with printer. But you also can use it separately.

4. Can we do 12 color on your machine?

Yes, we can install 12heads, 4 rows in 3 lines, with 6 color, the speed is 540 sqm meter in 1 pass.

5. Which pass model is suitable for pigment ink?

Usually we suggest customer use 2 pass for some light colors, and 3 pass at least for dark colors.
